The Mental Hospital was created by Henry Singleton after his wife got sick. For a time, Maura worked in the hospital, but her father rearranged her memory to make her believe she was a patient. The hospital is recreated within the simulation and the primary setting of Maura's memory, where she is strapped down to a medical chair and injected with a substance to make her forget.
